• 01 Preparation and amendment of a detailed development plan

  All types: a regulation and construction plan, a regulation plan, a construction plan, a detailed working plan and a parcel plan for technical infrastructure facilities.

• 02 Comprehensive property study

  Before a transaction: we check the conformity of the cadastral and planning boundaries, the planning status and the urban development indicators — density, intensity coefficient, permissible gross floor area, maximum height, landscaping. You receive a detailed study before finalising the transaction.

• 03 Preparation of documents for a design visa

  The first step towards realising an investment intention: we prepare the reasoned proposal, the combined sketch and the full set of documents for the issuing of a study and design visa by the municipality.

• 04 Certificate from the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency for coordination of a detailed development plan

  Part of the procedure for approving a detailed development plan: we prepare the project for changing the cadastral map under the admission order, submit the documents to the regional cadastre office and obtain the certificate under Art. 65, para. 5 of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-5.

• 05 Architectural survey for the area of a separate unit

  When the area of a unit in the cadastral map and registers is wrong or missing, we carry out an architectural survey with which the correct area is reflected in the cadastre and in the scheme of the unit.
