• 01 Conformity assessment of investment projects

  A comprehensive report on the conformity of the design with the essential requirements for construction works, coordination of the documentation with the control authorities and assistance until a building permit is obtained — on request, on behalf of the client.

• 02 Construction supervision

  From the commencement of the construction to its commissioning: we monitor the lawful commencement, the completeness of the deeds and protocols, the execution according to the approved design, occupational safety, environmental protection, the quality of the materials and the fitness of the construction, and we prepare the technical passport and the documents for a use permit.

• 03 Preparation of technical passports

  Mandatory for commissioning: we draw up the technical passport of the construction based on the complete design documentation, the construction protocols and the as-built drawings.
